Herniated Disc Heal

"Herniated Disc Cause and Healing A Herniated Disc"

For healing a herniated disc correctly,, you have to address the precise causes of your herniated disc, and not just the symptoms, and apply precise corrective measures to the real causes.

Believe it or not, an improper posture of your body, can cause muscle imbalances ( the most common cause of herniated discs) usually over a long time interval, and in turn cause compression of your spinal vertebrae and nerves.

Your physical posture is a decisive factor, in terms of healing a herniated disc and the prevention of a herniated disc, as is becoming fully aware, of the role your negative emotions play in leading you to a proper or improper posture. As for example, you have seen people in good mood, walk and stand upright, and not slouching over.

If you are slouching over, that is an instance of postural dysfunction, that causes your muscle group or groups to be pulled out of balance, leading to muscle imbalance over time. Because it is the muscles and ligaments that are holding your spinal bones in their correct positioning, any muscle group shifting will pull your spine-vertebrae out of natural position. That in turn puts uneven pressure on the disc by compressing it, and so you have a herniated disc as the final result.

For purposes of illustration, take a pastry filled with jelly. Now imagine considerable pressure being placed on top of the pastry, but with one side being pressed more than the other. What do you think is going to happen to the jelly? Of course, it is going to bulge out from the opposite side, from the pressure that is being exerted.

Enough pressure, causes the jelly to break through the pastry. But, if the pressure was applied evenly on the entire pastry top surface, then the pastry and the jelly compresses, but the jelly stays totally intact.

In the same fashion, when muscle imbalances pull your spine out of natural balance, then the spinal discs between the vertebrae are unnaturally forced to sustain more weight and stress on one side compared to the other, as in the pastry example above.

Whenever muscle imbalances persist over time, the disc wears down, at times causing a ruptured disc, but more commonly a bulging or herniated disc.

There is a very effective ancient technique, that can be done at home, mostly ignored by medical professionals, that can, using an inversion table, remove the uneven pressure from the disc, by a proper decompression of your spinal column, thus healing a herniated disc.

Secondly, there are very specific exercises for a herniated disc, that re-balance the exact muscle group or muscle groups that are at issue, and that in turn directly pulls the herniated disc back in natural position. The specific exercises for healing a herniated disc can be done at home. Sciatica Causes Beyond Sciatica Symptoms

The hidden sciatica causes

Can you imagine how your life will be, if your back pain or sciatica is gone forever?

The human body has at least 641 muscles, and their main task among other things, is to maintain the position and curvature of your spine in a well balanced posture, that also allows movement of the various parts of your body.

Therefore, almost every muscle and muscle group that you have, has a direct effect on your spine, and if for some reason, any one of those muscles gets out balance long enough, it will cause a condition that in turn becomes one of the 4 principal sciatica causes.

What happens is that when your muscles are out of balance they pull your bones and joints out of their normal balanced position and this places your bones and joints under constant stress and uneven pressure.

Take the simple example of you driving your car with unbalanced tires, or when the tires are out of alignment. Your tires will wear down unevenly and much quicker than normal, and eventually you'll have a blowout.

The blowout is the sciatica pain, the unbalanced tires are the condition or symptom that is often diagnosed, and the root cause or sciatica causes is what made the tires become unbalanced. So you have 3 items here, sciatica pain, sciatica symptoms and sciatica causes.

The sciatica causes are hidden behind the sciatica symptoms (condition) and it is the symptom that is behind sciatica pain or back pain. That is the true state of affairs of your body, that very few medical or health-care professionals are even aware about. If they were, they wouldn't be stopping at treating conditions or sciatica symptoms.

The major reason most sciatica treatments fail is because they treat the sciatica symptoms and not the sciatica causes. Unlike most treatment options that may only give temporary relief, the LTBP system provides you with an easy program that addresses both the sciatica pain and the sciatica cause or sciatica causes.

The sciatica causes story of Tom Hartt

"You got me skiing again!

I came down with Sciatica in early January 2006, which my doctor diagnosed. He sent me to a physio and put me on muscle relaxants, neither of one made any improvement.

I searched the Internet for information on sciatica causes, and found your web page and liked your natural approach that addresses both the sciatica pain and the sciatica causes, and did not stop at sciatica symptoms.

When I received your LTBP program, I definitely liked the way you have to identify the problem or sciatica causes and then treat it as well as the pain. One or two of the exercises were the same as the Physio gave me, but most very specific ones were not, and I became confident that your unique and specific ones would all work to rid me of the terrible agony of sciatica.

In the fall of 2005 I had booked a ski trip to Aspen for the last week of March and was reluctant to cancel it, although in January I knew it would be impossible. By the first of February I was feeling some definite improvement because of your program. I put the skis on mid February and was absolutely astounded that I could ski without any sciatica pain.

Yes indeed, I did go to Aspen and enjoyed a great week of skiing. I still have some numbness in my foot that my doctor tells me is nerve damage but should go away in time. I hope will never experience that pain again, but if I do, I will know exactly where to go for help, I have your LTBP program handy".

"The reason this LTBP approach works so well is because it's based on basic human anatomy and mechanics principles, that are almost always overlooked and ignored by the mainstream medical community. In my opinion, there is no other treatment available that makes as much sense and it is the same approach I personally use with my patients." says Dr. Robert Duvall.

It is absolutely important for you to understand that your body alignment and mechanics are affected by your muscles and even the smallest muscle imbalance can, overtime, place tremendous amounts of uneven pressure and wear and tear on your body, especially the spine and it's supporting muscles, and that is the seat of sciatica causes.

Among the sciatica pain causes is - Spinal Stenosis

Sciatica pain can also be caused by pressure on the nerve due to a narrowing of the spinal canal. What is crying out for an answer here is, what caused the narrowing of the spinal canal? There are several possible sciatica causes that lead to spinal stenosis:

  • Aging-With age, the body’s ligaments (tough connective tissues between the bones in the spine) can thicken. Spurs (small growths) may develop on the bones and into the spinal canal. The facet joints (flat surfaces on each vertebra that form the spinal column) also may begin to thicken.
  • Trauma—Accidents and injuries may either dislocate the spine and the spinal canal or cause burst fractures that produce fragments of bone that penetrate the canal.
  • Heredity—If the spinal canal is too small at birth, symptoms of spinal stenosis may show up in a relatively young person. Structural deformities of the involved vertebrae can cause narrowing of the spinal canal.
  • Fluorosis—Fluorosis is an excessive level of fluoride in the body. It may result from chronic inhalation of industrial dusts or gases contaminated with fluorides, prolonged ingestion of water containing large amounts of fluorides, or accidental ingestion of fluoride-containing insecticides. The condition may lead to calcified spinal ligaments or softened bones and to degenerative conditions like spinal stenosis.

The most important thing you can do if you are certain you have spinal stenosis is to ensure that you maintain as close to normal curvature in the spine. The more your spine is pulled out of place the tighter the space gets in the spinal canal.. Muscle balance is the key here, and must be attended to for lasting sciatica relief.

Sciatica Relief

A Real Life Sciatica Relief Story

“After more than a year of enduring excruciating sciatica back pain, it was the LTBP system that finally rescued me from barely being able to move without sciatica pain, to being able to walk again, get my social life back, and for months now I can confidently say, I am enjoying lasting sciatica relief!

Although I work in an office and sit at a computer all day, I have always exercised and have been an avid walker. I consider myself in pretty good shape for a 56 years old woman!

However, over a year ago I started noticing a popping, creaking noise in my back when doing yoga, and occasionally would get a shooting pain down my left leg at night.

I ignored it for a while, but when it got so bad that I couldn't sleep at night, I started going to a chiropractor. After 9 months of chiropractic sessions with very little sciatica relief, I gave up on that and decided to try physical therapy. They recommended the usual exercises, but when I told them I
was already doing all those exercises, they put me in traction.

Traction seemed to help with a mild sciatica relief somewhat, but a short time after that I started getting pins & needles pain in my left leg. I also started noticing when I pulled my head down that it hurt in my lower back. This
was a new pain since starting the traction!

After 12 physical therapy visits, they said there was nothing more they could do for me. The hope for lasting sciatica relief was now melting away before my eyes. What to do?

On to acupuncture in search of sciatica relief! This did absolutely nothing (surprisingly) and in fact seemed to make the pins & needles worse! I gave up on the acupuncture after 6 visits at $60 each.

Needless to say I was becoming very discouraged, and felt like a 90 year old woman sometimes, especially mornings and late evening. Out of desperation, I started searching the web for any means of sciatica relief and stumbled upon your the LTBP portal.

To be perfectly honest, I had to really think about whether I wanted to spend additional $$ on my sciatica back pain problem, since so far nothing had worked to deliver sciatica relief. But then, after a really bad day of sciatica pain, I decided to just go for it. What did I have to lose?

Well, the short of it is that I became totally and completely amazed at how quickly the LTBP system came through for me. I would say within a few days (maybe 3) I felt 90% better!! I simply could not believe it. Here is a simple LTBP program that was beating all the professionals, all of whom failed to deliver what I was looking for, lasting sciatica relief.

Now I can get in and out of a car without pain, get in and out of bed, etc. I have now been with the LTBP program faithfully for about one month, and am just about 100% back to normal, sciatica relief at long last! I fully intend to continue with the LTBP to keep my back strong.

I was also delighted to learn about the 4 hidden causes of sciatica back pain, that lock up sciatica relief if not addressed, and why doctors and therapists do not know about them.

Thank you!"
Brenda Jenket

So, What Is Sciatica Pain?

In very simple terms, sciatica pain is a symptom of a condition - in other words, there is a condition behind the sciatica pain. The most common explanation of sciatica is "pain running down the back of the leg."

Preciously because sciatica is only a symptom, you will need of necessity to go beyond the physical diagnosed sciatica symptoms to the root cause, to the exact sciatica cause. Interestingly, most sciatica treatments stop at the symptoms, and that is the only reason why true lasting sciatica relief is very elusive for most sciatica pain sufferers.

Sciatica Cause, the cause behind the cause.

You need to understand what is it that caused your condition to develop in the first place. For example, you may discover that you have sciatica because of a herniated disc. That herniated disc is the physical diagnosed sciatica symptom and not the cause.

Therefore, in order to get lasting sciatica relief, it is most important to know WHY your disc became herniated to begin with. Something caused your disc to herniate, and that is the cause behind the cause. That, is the key and the only key to permanent sciatica relief.

So, you have sciatica pain, behind which is a herniated disc, behind which is something that caused your disc to herniate: the cause behind the cause, that must be addressed to achieve sciatica relief.

This is something that most traditional treatments totally fail to address, which is why people can suffer for years on end without sciatica relief. The LTBP approach goes to the root cause of any such conditions in sciatica back pain.

There are two simple words at the core of the 4 culprits, at the root cause of sciatica pain, and they do cause over time, serious negative effects on your muscles, ligaments and joints and finally your posture, hence sciatica pain. Therefore lasting sciatica relief is seated firmly in those two simple words

Sciatica Relief Beyond Sciatica Symptoms

Sciatica symptoms do vary greatly. However, by and large most people feel a burning or tingling in the buttocks area, and as the pressure on the sciatic nerve increases, the pain can travel down the hamstring and all the way into the toes. It can be felt on both sides of the buttocks area simultaneously and can cause weakness and increased pain when you sit down. Often enough, there is an associated lower back pain.

You may be already aware that most traditional treatments fail to deliver lasting sciatica relief, because they simply address the symptoms and stop there. They totally fail to address the cause at the core of your diagnosed condition. For example, that diagnosed condition might be a herniated disc.

Cortisone injections, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), hot packs, ultrasound, electrical stimulation, and therapeutic exercises are common treatments for sciatica pain and repeatedly fail to deliver lasting sciatica relief

Why? Because your condition - whichever of the 4 it may be - is a physical problem, there are no pills or injections that can create the needed balances in your body, and thus deliver lasting sciatica relief, it will require a physical solution, such as the LTBP program or system.

Rich Cowan"s Real Life Sciatica Relief Story

Rich Cowan thought his days of mountain climbing were over, until he stumbled upon the natural LTBP system for lasting sciatica relief.

"I was the first one in Oregon and probably parts farther east to see the sunrise on 5-25-07 along with my mountain-climbing companions.
I had told everyone last July when I hobbled up and down Mt.Rainer, that it would be my last climb. Then I was introduced to the LTBP program late in August.

Thanks for making it all available, sciatica relief is real!!!!!

This time, after the LTBP program for sciatica relief, I carried an 85 lb pack over a mile in the snow and over 1000 ft of elevation gain, to where we set up camp in the snow. I also did some glissading down the mountain on
the descent. Talk about lasting sciatica relief!

I am now going to do more of the LTBP system for a while, so I can continue to climb in the future."
Thanks!
